EDJFC Community.
With the announcement today by the state government of further lifting of restrictions occurring from Saturday 6th of June we now play a waiting game.

Whilst this is positive news for the state and our economy we will need to wait and see what the WAFC advise is the next steps in line with this recent announcement and the 5 Steps for return to sport announced earlier in the month.

We will share details with everyone as they come to hand but until then we continue on with getting kids back into training in the safest possible way under our current restrictions in place.

To all the Coaches and Managers and especially to the entire Committee who have spent many hours preparing so far Thank you. It's not an easy task running a local sports club or team and without a group of people who put their hands up to Volunteer we couldn't do what we do.

All our best for the long weekend. We hope some of you get the joys of heading away for a weekend and if not spending time with family and friends.

Regards
EDJFC

A Huge shout out to local sponsor Leon at Ultratune in Ellenbrook.

Leon has sourced and donated 20L of hand sanitizer to the club to help get the season back on track. With 20+ teams and 500+ kids this will come in handy to ensure we maintain our cleanliness and follow all government guidelines.

If your car is in need of a service you can't get better than Ultratune Ellenbrook. Give Leon a buzz 92972022 or email ellenbrook@ultratune.com.au

Attention all Members.

As per announcement from the WA state government training in groups of up to 20 is allowed as of May 18th. This will be under strict guidelines as set down by the government in line with COVID-19 practises.

EDJFC Committee will be working hard over the coming days and weeks to get our season underway in whatever form that may be.

We will keep everyone in the loop with all answers by Wednesday 20th May as to when our training will commence.

Until then please keep an eye on Facebook and your emails for further updates.
